General Affair / Back Office Manager Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and purchasing item, accessories and service required for supporting office activities
  • Excellent skills dealing with Supplier/Vendor and have good networking
  • Carrying out general office services to support operations
  • Ability to prepare regular reports, gathering, information updates & summarizing data
  • Organize and maintain files & agreements
  • Checking and approving company's daily documentations / letters and sales reimbursements
  • Checking and maintaining company's daily household operation

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Age between 24-30 years old
  • Min. 2 years experiences in General Affair
  • Proactive, hardworking, discipline, result oriented, and honest
  • Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire
  • Good administration skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management
  • Highly motivated and creative minded with strong drive to succeed is a must
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
  • Able to work under pressure, deadlines and over long hours independently with minimum supervision
