Administration (Accounts Assistant) Riau - Bintan

Responsibilities:

  • To handle applications with various governmental authorities for necessary permits/approval/visa and etc. to facilitate the operations
  • To take charge and handle daily administrative matters pertaining to dormitory, meals and transport
  • To coordinate with other departments for supports of administrative functions
  • To liaise with IT Department for the maintenance and support of IT
  • To perform ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
  • To support project teams for administrative requirements
  • To arrange logging and transport for guests and visitors
  • To help planning out logging facilities require for immediate and future expansion

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer knowledge
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent
  • 1 Full-Time and Contract position available

Accommodation within the industrial estate will be provided. 15 minutes away from 2nd largest town, Tanjung Uban, in Bintan. 60 minutes away by ferry to Singapore. 5 ½-day work week. Shortlisted applicant must be prepared to attend a personal interview in Batam or Bintan. Reimbursement of traveling expenses will be given to successful candidates only.
